职业司机消化性溃疡的临床特点和发病因素分析

目的：探讨职业司机消化性溃疡病的临床特点和发病相关因素。方法：采用病例一对照研究方法，选择2009年3月-2012年12月确诊为消化性溃疡的职业司机129例为病例组，从溃疡部位、主要症状、并发症等分析其临床特点，并选择同期慢性胃炎病例123例作为对照组，从吸烟、幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染、季节及精神心理因素等对比分析病例组发病因素。结果：职业司机消化性溃疡病例组溃疡部位：十二指肠溃疡76例，占58．9％；主要症状：以规律性腹痛为主，共63例，占48．8％；并发上消化道出血13例，占10．1％。发病因素吸烟、Hp感染、季节及精神心理因素，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：职业司机消化性溃疡的临床特点明显，了解其发病因素，以更好地防治消化性溃疡病。

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Morbidity Factor of Professional Driver Peptic Ulcer

Objective： To investigate clinical characteristics and the relevant factors of professional drivers＇ peptic ulcer. Method： A case- control approach was conducted. Selected randomly 129 cases of professional drivers who were diagnosed and confirmed by gastroscope as peptic ulcer from March 2009 to December 2012, analysed the clinical characteristics from ulcerous parts, cardinal symptom, and complications three aspects. While selected randomly 123 cases of averagf people as the control group, analysed the risk factors which compared with the case group from smoking, infection of Helicobacter pylori, seasons and psycho-mental factors. Result： Investigated the ulcerous parts of professional drivers, 76 cases with duodenal ulcers, the patients were accounting for 58.9%, whose cardinal symptom was regularity of abdominal pain, 63 patients in all, accounting for 48.8%, in which 13 patients had complications with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, accounting for 10.1%. The main risk factor was smoking, infection of Helicobacter pylori, seasons and psycho-mental factors. There were significant differences between the two group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The professional drivers with peptic ulcer has significant clinical characteristics. To develop more effective therapy drugs and psychological treatment can be better targeted to the prevention and cure of peptic ulcer.
