摘 要: | 目的:探讨透明质酸钠在骨折手术后膝关节粘连预防中的效果。方法:选取2010年6月-2012年5月于本院进行手术治疗的86例膝关节内骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组43例和观察组43例,对照组进行常规手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用透明质酸钠,然后将两组患者术后不同时间的关节活动度、VAS评分进行比较。结果:观察组术后1、6、12个月的关节活动度、VAS评分均明显高于对照组,并且术后12个月的关节活动度、VAS评分优于术后1、6个月,比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:透明质酸钠在骨折手术后膝关节粘连预防中的效果较佳,可有效改善患者术后的关节活动度及控制疼痛。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the hyaluronic acid sodium in prevention of joint adhesion after knee operation in fracture.Method:Eighty-six patients with knee intra-articular fracture in our hospital for surgical treatment were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation,the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate based on the treatment of control group,then the range of motion and VAS score of two groups at different times after the operation were compared.Result:The range of motion and VAS score of observation group at first,sixth and twelfth month after the operation were all significantly better than those indexes of control group,and those at twelfth month after the operation were better than those at first and sixth month after the operation, there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sodium hyaluronate in preventing the knee joint adhesion of patients after fracture operation is better,and it can effectively improve the range of motion and control the pain. |
