复方 α - 酮酸片在肾炎致慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期治疗中的临床疗效观

目的：探讨复方α-酮酸片在肾炎致慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期治疗中的临床疗效及预后观察。方法：将本院收治的79例肾炎致慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组45例和对照组34例。对照组采取低蛋白低磷饮食和西医对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方α-酮酸片，观察两组患者肾功能指标改善情况及临床疗效。结果：治疗8周后，治疗组肾功能相关指标改善情况明显优于对照组，且治疗组临床总有效率为84.4%（38/45），明显高于对照组的55.9%（19/34），比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方α-酮酸片能改善患者肾功能和营养状况，有效提高患者生活质量。

Clinical Efficacy of Ketosteril in the Treatment of Nephritis with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Ketosteril in the treatment of nephritis with chronic renal failure.Method：Seventy-nine patients with nephritis induced chronic renal failure in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group for 45 cases and the control group for 34 cases.The control group was given a low protein diet and routine western medicine,the treatment group was given Ketosteril on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect and renal function of two groups were observed.Result：After eight weeks of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group on the improvement of renal function,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.4%（38/45）,it was significantly higher than 55.9%（19/34）of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ketosteril can significantly improve the patient’s renal function and nutritional status,it can also improve the quality of life of patients.
