喷昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的：探讨喷昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：抽取本院2010年8月-2012年8月期间带状疱疹患者82例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组41例。对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦治疗；治疗组患者采用喷昔洛韦治疗。观察比较两组患者的带状疱疹症状治疗效果、疱疹症状消失时间、住院接受治疗时间、药物不良反应等情况。结果：治疗后，对照组总有效率为70．7％，治疗组为90．2％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组疱疹症状消失时间和住院接受治疗时间明显比对照组短，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用喷昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床效果显著，值得推广。

The Clinical Observation of Penciclovir in Treatment of Herpes Zoster

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of penciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster. Method： Eighty-two cases with herpes zoster from August 2010 to August 2012 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group of 41 cases. The control group was treated by acyclovir and the treatment group was treated by penciclovir. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment, such as the effective rate, the symptoms disappear time, total time for clinical treatment, adverse drug reactions and so on. Result： The effective rate of the control group was 70.7% while the treatment group was 90.2% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The symptoms disappear time and total time for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The clinical effect of penciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster disease is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.
