可视无痛人工流产术患者的临床护理研究

目的：探索临床护理方法对可视无痛人工流产术患者的治疗效果的影响。方法：选取本院采用麻醉行无痛人工流产手术的孕妇600例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组300例和对照组300例，对照组采用普通护理方法，治疗组采用综合护理方法。分析治疗效果（麻醉剂镇痛效果、宫口紧合情况、人工流产综合并发症情况、出血情况）及患者满意度。结果：治疗组麻醉剂镇痛效果、人工流产综合并发症情况、出血情况及满意度均好于对照组（P〈0.05）；且治疗组宫口紧合良好、无痛率达100%。结论：采取有效的临床综合护理措施，能提高镇痛效果，减小人工流产综合并发症的发病概率，降低手术事故的发生概率，适合在临床可视无痛人工流产手术中推广使用。

Clinical Nursing Research of Visual Painless Abortion

Objective：To explore the impact that clinical care methods on the visual painless abortion. Method：Selected 600 cases of pregnant women used anesthesia painless abortion surgery in our hospital,and were divided into the treatment group for 300 cases and the control group for 300 cases according to random number table method,control group used common nursing method,the treatment group used comprehensive nursing method. Analyzed the treatment effect（narcotic analgesic effect,palace close mouthed,artificial abortion syndrome,hemorrhage）and patient satisfaction of the two groups. Result：Narcotic analgesic effect,artificial abortion syndrome,bleeding and satisfaction of the treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）;and the treatment group palace close mouthed good,painless rate was 100%. Conclusion：Taking effective clinical care measures,can improve the effect of analgesia,reduce the incidence of abortion complication probability integrated,reduce the probability of occurrence of an accident surgery,suitable for promoting the use of painless surgery use in clinical visualization.
