造影剂脑病及其相关机制研究

造影剂在医学影像学检查及治疗中的应用越来越广泛，剂量也越来越高，随之而来的造影剂并发症也越来越受到临床及医学影像学医生的注意。目前常见的造影剂并发症有过敏反应、凝血功能障碍、造影剂肾病等，造影剂脑病是一种较为罕见的并发症，但较为严重，表现为颅内出血、无菌性脑膜炎、神经毒性脑病、精神症状以及皮质盲等。及时并及早地发现是进行治疗的前提，可以避免并发症进一步恶化。现就造影剂脑病及其相关机制进行综述。

Contrast-Induced Encephalopathy and Its Related Mechanism

In medical diagnostic imaging and therapy, contrast agents are widely used. It has improved disease detection and effect of treatment. With the widespread use of contrast agents, many clinical complications have been found, such as allergic reactions, coagulation disorders, contrast-induced nephropathy. Contrast-induced encephalopathy is a relatively rare complication, but more serious than others. Early detection and timely treatment of contrast agent encephalopathy could avoid further deterioration, so we make a review about contrast-induced encephalopathy and related mechanisms.
