腹腔镜下子宫全切除术与腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术对比分析

目的：比较探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除术与腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术疗效差异以及治疗安全性。方法：将本院2008年3月-2013年1月118例接受子宫切除术患者资料进行回顾性分析，根据手术方式分为腹腔镜下子宫全切除术（LTH组）与腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术（LAVH组），其中LTH组55例，LAVH组63例，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、腹部切口及阴道切VI愈合时间、恢复日常生活时间、住院费用等。结果：两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间方面比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。LTH组术后下床时间、住院时间、住院费用与LAVH组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：腹腔镜下子宫全切除术是一种安全有效的子宫切除术，建议推广运用。

The Curative Effect Comparison of Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy （ LTH ） and Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective： To compare and probe the differences of therapeutic efficacy and the security analysis of treatment between laparoscopic total hysterectomy （ LTH ） and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Method： The data of 50 patients who underwent hysterectomy in this hospital from March 2008 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the operation method, divided them into laparoscopic total hysterectomy group （ LTH group ） and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy （ LAVH group ）, 55 cases in LTH group while 63 cases in LAVH group, the time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, abdominal incision and vaginal incision healing time, daily life recovery time, hospitalization expenses between the two groups of patients were compared. Result： The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, abdominal incision and vaginal incision healing time between the two groups were no statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . The hospital stay time and postoperative recovery time in LTH group were significantly shorter than LAVH group （P〈0.05）, and the hospitalization expenses was significantly less than LAVH group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Laparoscopic total hysterectomy （ LTH ） is a kind of safe and effective hysterectomy. It is recommended the promotion of use.
