消化酶制剂治疗消化不良的疗效观察

目的：观察分析消化酶制剂治疗消化不良的疗效。方法：选取2011年12月-2012年11月本院收治的64例消化不良患者的临床资料进行研究分析，按随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组32例和对照组32例，治疗组患者采用消化酶制剂进行治疗，对照组患者采用吗丁啉进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为90.63%，显著优于对照组的65.63%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：消化酶制剂在治疗消化不良疾病上疗效显著，且不良反应较低，值得在临床上推广。

Observation on the Efficacy of Digestive Enzyme for Indigestion

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of digestive enzyme for dyspepsia. Method：Selected 64 patients from December 2011 to November 2012 who were diagnosed with dyspepsia,randomly divide them into treatment group（32 patients）and control group（32 patients）according to random number table method. The treatment group were treated by digestive enzyme preparation,the control group were treated by Ding Lin,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result：The effective rate of treatment groups was 90.63%,while the control groups was 90.63%. It had significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）;the incidence adverse reactions of two groups had no significant differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Digestive enzyme preparations on the treatment of digestive disease curative effect is distinct,and less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization.
