低分子肝素治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性

目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将本院住院治疗的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。两组患者入院后均进行心绞痛的常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予依诺肝素皮下注射治疗，对照组患者仅给予常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血小板计数、出血时间以及凝血酶原时间。结果：观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血小板计数、出血时间以及凝血酶原时间与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者均无脑出血等危及生命的出血。观察组患者中有1例出现消化道出血，经治疗好转出院；有3例出现皮下淤血，自行吸收。结论：低分子肝素治疗老年患者不稳定型心绞痛具有疗效确切、安全可靠的特点，值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Low Molecular Heparin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of low molecular heparin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. Method：Ninety elderly cases with unstable angina pectoris hospitalized in the hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 45 cases. The two groups of patients were given conventional treatment. The observation group was given enoxaparin subcutaneously injection therapy based on conventional treatment,the control group were only given conventional therapy. The clinical effect of the two groups such as platelet counts,bleeding time,prothrombin time were compared. Result：The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no significant changes of platelet counts,bleeding time,prothrombin time after treatment between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）. There were no cerebral hemorrhage and life-threatening bleeding patients in two groups. Only one case in the observation group was gastrointestinal bleeding and rehabilitation after treatment.Three cases were subcutaneous ecchymosis and absorption themselves. Conclusion：Low molecular heparin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris is effective,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
