硝普钠在儿童手足口病危重型中的疗效评价

目的：探讨硝普钠在儿童手足口病危重型中的疗效。方法：选取2010年7月-2013年4月本院收治的84名儿童手足口病危重患者，随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组各42例，对照组采取米力农治疗，治疗组采取硝普钠治疗，评定两组患者治疗前后收缩压值、心率、心脏左室射血分数EF（%）及心输出量CO（L/min）的改变及疗效。结果：治疗后1 h治疗组和对照组HR分别为（160.6±29.4）次/min、（178.1±23.8）次/min，治疗组明显低于对照组；BP治疗后1 h治疗组为（119.4±12.5）mm Hg，明显低于对照组的（143.5±11.7）mm Hg；EF在治疗后1 h治疗组为（63.5±9.3）%，相比于对照组（51.9±8.8）%明显升高；CO治疗后1 h相比于治疗前，治疗组升高更明显；治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.85％和83.33％，治疗组明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：硝普钠治疗危重型儿童手足口病疗效显著，能够较好地缓解患者病情，提高患者的生存及生活质量。

Efficacy Evaluation of Sodium Nitroprusside in Children Dying of Heavy Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective：To investigate effect of sodium nitroprusside in children dying of heavy hand foot and mouth disease. Method：July 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital 84 children dying heavy HFMD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group,the control group taking milrinone,treatment group taking sodium nitroprusside treatment. To evaluate systolic blood pressure assessed before and after treatment,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction EF（%）and cardiac output CO（L/min）changes and efficacy. Result：After treatment,the treatment group and the control group 1 h HR were（160.6±29.4）times/min,（178.1±23.8）times/min,treatment group was significantly lower than the control group;BP 1 h after treatment,the treatment group was（119.4±12.5）mm Hg,significantly lower than the control group of（143.5±11.7）mm Hg;EF 1 h after treatment in the treatment group（63.5±9.3）%,compared to the control group（51.9±8.8）%was significantly higher;CO 1 h after treatment compared to before treatment group increased more obvious;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85%,which was higher than 83.33%of the treatment group. Differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Sodium nitroprusside treatment for critically ill children HFMD type effect is significant,better able to alleviate the patient’s condition,improve patient survival and quality of life.
