| 摘 要： | 目的：比较分析胃镜活检和外科病理检查诊断早期胃癌的价值。方法：选取本院2011年6月-2013年2月确诊为胃癌的192例患者，分别采用胃镜活检和外科病理检查两种方法对其进行诊断，观察分析其诊断的价值。结果：胃镜活检和外科病理检查都具有较好的诊断价值，但胃镜活检较外科病理检查更具疗效性。结论：胃镜活检在早期癌症的诊断中，拥有较好的诊断效果，可在临床诊断上应用及推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare and analyze gastroscope biopsy and surgical pathological examination diagnosis value of early gastric cancer. Method：From June 2011 to February 2011, 192 patients diagnosed with stomach cancer during the period of gastroscope biopsy and surgical pathological examination were used respectively to two kinds of methods for diagnosis. To observe and analyze the value of the diagnosis.Result： Gastroscope biopsy and surgical pathologic examination had good diagnostic value, but the gastroscope biopsy with surgical pathologic examination more results.Conclusion：Gastroscope biopsy in diagnosis of early cancer has a good diagnosis effect, application and promotion in clinical diagnosis. |
