射频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

目的：探讨分析采用射频热疗联合化疗法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效，并观察安全性。方法：将本院收治的98例晚期恶性肿瘤患者，按照治疗方法不同将其分为49例A组（化疗）与49例B组（射频热疗联合化疗），对比分析两组的疗效与不良反应。结果：A组完全缓解（CR）、部分缓解（PR）的例数分别为0例与19例，治疗有效率为38.78%，B组CR例数、PR例数与治疗有效率分别为1例、28例、59.18%，两组治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；A组不良反应发生率为36.73%，B组为38.78%，两组比较差异无有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：对晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行射频热疗联合化疗，能够显著改善治疗效果，不会增加毒副作用的危险性，值得临床上进一步推广。

Clinical Observation on Radio Frequency Heat Treatment Combined with Chemotherapy Used in Mortuus Terminal Cancer

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of radio frequency heat treatment combined with chemotherapy used in mortuus terminal cancer and observe its security.Method：Ninety-eight cases of patients with mortuus terminal cancer were divided into A group（chemotherapy）and B group（cadio frequency heat treatment combined with chemotherapy）.The clinical effect and side effects of two groups were compared.Result：The number of complete remission（CR）and partial response（PR）of A group were respectively 0 and 19 cases,and response rate was 38.78%. The number of complete remission（CR）and partial response（PR）of B group were respectively 1 and 28 cases,and response rate was 59.18%.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Incidence of toxicity reaction of A group was 36.73%while that of B group was 38.78%. The difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Radio frequency heat treatment combined with chemotherapy in mortuus terminal cancer can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and will not increase the risk of side effects. So it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
