几丁糖在骨折手术后膝关节粘连预防中的应用价值研究

目的：研究几丁糖在骨折手术后膝关节粘连预防中的应用价值。方法：选取2011年7月-2012年12月本院进行治疗的46例髌骨骨折患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规手术治疗）23例和观察组（常规手术加几丁糖）23例，对两组患者的治疗优良率、达到最大活动度时间、并发症发生率及术后不同时间的膝关节活动度进行比较。结果：观察组治疗优良率高于对照组，达到最大活动度时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，术后不同时间的膝关节活动度均大于对照组，且两组上述指标比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：几丁糖在骨折手术后膝关节粘连预防中的应用价值较高，有助于患者关节功能的尽快康复及控制不良情况的发生。

Study on the Application Value of Chitosan in the Prevention of Knee Joint Adhesion after the Fracture Operation

Objective： To study the application value of chitosan in the prevention of knee joint adhesion after the fracture operation. Method：46 patients with patellar fracture in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012 were the research object,and were randomly divided into control group （routine operation group）23 cases and observation group（routine operation and chitosan group）23 cases,then the treatment excellent and good rate, time of reaching the maximum activity degree,incidence of complications and activity degree of knee joint at different times after the operation of two groups were compared. Result： The treatment excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than those of control group, time of reaching the maximum activity degree was shorter than that of control group, incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, activity degree of knee joint at different times after the operation were bigger than those of control group, there were all significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application value of chitosan in the prevention of knee joint adhesion after the fracture operation is higher, and it is benefit for the recovery of joint function and controlling of bad situation.
