丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛临床观察

目的：观察丹红注射液在糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取在本院治疗的100例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者，并随机分成对照组和治疗组各50例，对照组给予基础治疗、小剂量的阿司匹林和消心痛，治疗组在此基础上家用丹红注射液治疗，观察记录和比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、硝酸甘油的消耗量、血糖等的变化。结果：对照组总有效率为66%，治疗组总有效率92%，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛的发作持续时间、心绞痛程度与治疗前比较有明显改善，且治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液在治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛中具有良好的治疗效果，在临床治疗中具有推广的意义。

Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection in Treating Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Danhong Injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in diabetic patients. Method：100 cases with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group ,each of 50 patients.Clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the consumption of nitroglycerin, changes of blood glucose of two groups were observed,recorded and compared.Result：The total effective rate in the control group was 66%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Angina pectoris attacks,attack the time and degree,electrocardiogram and blood glucose of two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Danhong injection has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,and has the significance of popularization in clinical treatment.
