心理护理对急性心肌梗死患者影响的临床研究

目的：探讨心理护理对改善急性心肌梗死患者焦虑情绪及增强其依从性和遵医嘱用药行为的有效性。方法：按入院的先后顺序将98例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为试验组和对照组各49例，对照组给予常规治疗及护理，试验组在常规治疗及护理的基础上重点给予相应的心理护理，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组患者的焦虑情绪进行评分；发放调查问卷对两组患者的依从性与遵医嘱用药行为进行评价。结果：经过心理护理干预后，试验组患者依从性与遵医嘱行为、精神状况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：心理护理能改善心肌梗死患者的焦虑情绪，增强其依从性和遵医嘱行为，加速身体康复，提高患者的生存质量。

The Clinical Research of Influence for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction by Using the Psychological Nursing

Objective：To explore the effectiveness of anxiety emotion,the patient compliance and the drug taking behavior of following the doctor’s advice of the patients with myocardial infarction by using the psychological nursing way.Method：Ninety-four patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the psychological treatment group and the control group according to the flip a coin method.The control group was given conventional treatment and care,the treatment group was given the psychological nursing way basis on the conventional treatment and care.The anxiety score in two groups before and after treatment was evaluated using the anxiety self-assessment scale（SAS）,the effectiveness of the patient compliance and the drug taking behavior of following the doctor’s advice in two groups before and after treatment was evaluated using the questionnaire. Result：After psychological nursing intervention,the SAS score,the effectiveness of the patient compliance and the drug taking behavior of following the doctor’s advice were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing way can reduce the acute myocardial infarction patients anxiety state,improve the effectiveness of the patient compliance and the drug taking behavior of following the doctor’s advice,and the quality of patients’life.
