低分子肝素治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少疗效观察

目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的疗效。方法：将62例妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组31例，两组孕妇常规治疗相同，治疗组加低分子肝素治疗，所有孕妇于治疗前、治疗结束后次日晨分别采血检测血液高凝状态指标变化（D-二聚体及FIB）、以多普勒超声检测羊水指数（AFI）。结果：两组治疗后D-二聚体及FIB均明显下降（P〈0.01），且治疗组较对照组下降明显（P〈0.05）；两组治疗后AFI值均明显提高（P〈0.01），且治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：低分子肝素能改善妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇的血液高凝状态指标及羊水指数，具有抗凝、改善微循环的作用，疗效显著。

Low-molecular-weight Heparin in the Treatment of Late Pregnancy Oligohydramnios Clinical Observation

Objective： To investigate the low molecular weight heparin oligohydramnios efficacy in the third trimester of pregnancy.Method：62 cases of late pregnancy oligohydramnios pregnant women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 31 cases in each group, two groups of pregnant women the same as the conventional treatment, the treatment group and the low molecular weight heparin, all pregnant women prior to treatment, end of treatment next morning blood samples were collected to detect the hypercoagulable states indicators （D-dimer and FIB）, Doppler ultrasound amniotic fluid index （AFI）.Result： After two treatment the D-dimer and FIB significantly decreased （P〈0.01）; treatment group than the control group decreased significantly （P〈0.05）; AFI value in the two groups after treatment were significantly increased （P〈0.01）, while the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The low molecular weight heparin can improve the third trimester of pregnancy amniotic fluid less blood of pregnant women hypercoagulable state indicators and amniotic fluid index, anticoagulant, the role of microcirculation, curative effect is distinct.
