奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血132例疗效分析

目的：探讨奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2010年1月-2012年1月收治的胃溃疡患者132例，随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组接受常规治疗，治疗组接受奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为97.0%，对照组为84.8%。治疗组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组满意度为98.5%，对照组为71.2%。治疗组患者满意度明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者的复发率明显小于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥美拉唑治疗患者胃溃疡合并出血症状疗效显著，患者满意度明显提高。

The Curative Effect Analysis of Omeprazole in Treatment of 132 Cases Gastric Ulcer with Hemorrhage

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding cases. Method：One hundred and thirty-two cases of gastric ulcer from 2010 January to 2012 January in this hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given conventional therapy and the patients in the treatment group treated by omeprazole. Than the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Result：The effective rate of the control group was 84.4%while the treatment group was 97.0%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of patients of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）and the recurrence rate of patients of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Omeprazole in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding is excellent. The satisfaction of patient has improved significantly.
