医用雾化面罩在小儿包皮环切术后的应用研究

目的：探讨医用雾化面罩应用于小儿包皮环切术的护理，以减轻患儿疼痛，增加舒适度。方法：选取2012年1月-12月本院收治的68例小儿包皮过长、包茎患者，均行包皮环切术。按随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组各34例。对照组术后护理采用传统无菌凡士林纱条，外加无菌纱布包扎；观察组术后在常规包扎后应用无菌医用雾化面罩遮盖术口部位护理，比较两组患儿术后疼痛感（疼痛程度采用国际Mecill疼痛回答法分析）、局部渗液、水肿、活动度及舒适度的差异。结果：对照组术后多发生渗液，粘连情况，感觉不适，活动不便；两组术后局部水肿、术后感染、出血方面比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组疼痛感明显降低，舒适度增加，较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：小儿包皮环切术后应用雾化面罩能有效减轻疼痛，防止创面粘连、摩擦，增加舒适感。

Application of Pediatric Nebulizer Mask in Medical Circumcision Surgery

Objective：To investigate the masks used in pediatric medical atomizer circumcision care to relieve pain in children and increase comfort. Method：During January 2012-2012 December in our hospital,68 pediatric patients with phimosis were randomly divided into control group and observation groups according to the random table method,there were 34 cases in each group. The control group were treated with postoperative care using traditional sterile vaseline gauze,plus a sterile gauze bandage;and the observation group were bandaged after the application of the conventional medical atomizer sterile surgical masks covering the mouth parts of the care,compared the differences of two groups in children feeling（used international Mecill answer analysis）,local exudate,edema,activity and comfort. Result：In the control group,the patients occurred postoperatively exudate,adhesions, discomfort and difficulty moving. the differences of two groups of patients in the postoperative local edema,postoperative infection,bleeding incidence areas were not statistically significant. Observation group was significantly lower in children with pain,increase comfort. The differences of two group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Pediatric nebulizer mask applied after circumcision can effectively relieve pain,prevent wound adhesion, friction and increase comfort.
