鼻内镜在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床运用

目的：探究鼻内镜在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者48例，按随机数字表法分为传统治疗组22例和鼻内镜治疗组26例，分别柯陆氏手术及鼻内镜治疗。术后随访1年，对比两组患者的临床疗效及并发症。结果：鼻内镜治疗组痊愈17例，显效8例，总有效率96．15％，术后并发症1例；传统治疗组痊愈9例，显效9例，总有效率81．81％，术后并发症4例。两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效确切，术前充分准备、麻醉方式合理选择及严格的手术操作可降低术后并发症，值得临床借鉴。

Clinical Application of Nasal Endoscopy in Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of the nasal endoscopy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Method： 48 patiems with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps which received and.cured were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital during January 2010 to January 2012, and divided into conventional treatment group and nasal endoscopic treatment group according to random number table method, the conventional treatment group 22 cases used traditional Caldwell-Luc surgery, nasal endoscopic treatment group 26 cases with nasal endoscopic treatment, postoperative follow-up of 1 year, compared the clinical curative effect and complications of two groups. Result： Nasal endoscopic treatment group recovered 17 cases, 8 cases had marked effect, the total effective rate was 96.15%, the postoperative complications in 1 case; conventional treatment group cured 9 cases, 9 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 81.81%, the postoperative complications in 4 case the curative effect of the the clinical curative effect of two groups patients had significant statistical differences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The nasal endoscopy applied in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp have definite curative effect, sufficient preoperative preparation, reasonable selection of anesthesia methods and strict operation can reduce the postoperative complications. It is worthy clinical reference.
