腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术的对比研究

目的：腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的对比研究。方法：对2012年1-12月在本院行胆囊结石手术的60例患者进行疗效观察。将60例患者随机分为腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）组和开腹胆囊切除术（OC）组，对比两种手术方式所需要的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术中和术后并发症以及术后住院时间。结果：LC组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术中和术后并发症以及术后住院时间均小于OC组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：LC术相对于OC术，手术时间明显较短，恢复快，并发症少，住院时间短，是治疗胆囊结石的理想手术方式。

The Comparison Research of the Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Open Cholecystectomy

Objective：To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy for gallbladder calculi.Method：From January 2012 to December 2012,60 patients with gallbladder calculi were randomly divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）and open cholecystectomy（OC）group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and postoperative length of hospital stay of two groups were compared.Result：Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and postoperative length of hospital stay of LC group were smaller than those of OC group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with OC,LC canobviously shorter operative time,postoperative pain is relatively slow,rapid recovery, fewer complications,shorter hospitalization time,LC is an ideal surgical treatment of gallbladder calculi.
