手术治疗 116 例青光眼的临床效果分析

目的：探讨研究采用手术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法：回顾总结本院2012年5月-2013年5月接收诊治的116例青光眼患者，按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各58例。对照组给予单纯小梁切除手术法进行治疗，观察组给予小梁切除结合羊膜移植手术法进行治疗，比较分析两组患者术后的临床效果。结果：两组治疗后视力情况均得到改善，与治疗前比较，两组视力〈0．3的人数均明显减少，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后，观察组视力改善情况明显好于对照组。视力〈0.3的人数明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：小梁切除结合羊膜移植法治疗青光眼疗效显著，值得临床应用及推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment of 116 Patients with Glaucoma

Objective： To study the clinical effect of glaucoma via surgical. Method： One hundred and sixteen patients of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 58 eases. The control group was treated by simple trabecular resection surgery method. The observation group was treated by trabecular resection and amniotic membrane transplantation surgery method. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment.Result： The eyesight and intraocular pressure of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than before treatment, and the difference were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The eyesight and intraocular pressure for clinical treatment of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） and adverse drug reactions rate during treatment of the observation group were significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The clinical effect of trabecular resection and amniotic membrane transplantation surgery method in treatment of glaucoma disease is excellent.It is worth popularization and application.
