腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术与传统小儿疝囊高位结扎术疗效分析

目的：比较腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与传统疝囊高位结扎术对小儿斜疝的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2011-2012年确诊为腹股沟斜疝的小儿（年龄1~14岁）100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，分别进行腹腔镜结扎术和传统术式。手术时记录两组切口长度、手术时间、术中失血量。术毕分别记录疼痛时间和程度、住院时间、总费用。随访6个月记录复发率、并发症。对两组治疗效果进行综合比较。结果：观察组较对照组术中切口小，手术快，失血少，术毕疼痛恢复快，住院时间短，随访少复发，并发症发生率低，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于小儿斜疝，腹腔镜高位结扎术较传统术式疗效好，预后好，并发症低，是较为理想的术式。

The Curative Effect Analysis of Pediatric Laparoscopic in High Ligation of Hernia Sac and Pediatric Traditional High Ligation of Hernia ;Sac

Objective：To compare the curative effect of pediatric laparoscopic in high ligation of hernia sac and pediatric traditional high ligation of hernia sac. Method：One hundred cases of inguinal hernia children（1~14 years old）were selected and given a retrospective analysis in the hospital from 2011 to 2012. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 50 cases. The observation group were treated with laparoscopic in high ligation of hernia sac,the control group were treated with conventional surgery. The record of the incision length, operative time and the blood loss were achieved during the operation. The record of the time and degree of the pain,hospitalization time and the total cost were gained after the operation. The record of the recurrence rate and complications were gained followed up for 6 months. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Result：The observation group had smaller incision length,faster operation and less blood loss during the operation. It had quicker recovery of the pain,shorter hospitalization time after the operation. It had less recurrence and lower complication rates. Above all had statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For pediatric hernia,laparoscopic high ligation has better curative effect and prognosis,lower complications than the conventional surgery. Laparoscopic high ligation is an ideal operation.
