高频探头与低频探头诊断阑尾炎的临床应用分析

目的：研究比较高频探头与低频探头用于阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析本院80例经术后病理检查证实的阑尾炎患者的临床资料，对其超声结果进行分析，对比不同频率的探头对阑尾炎的诊断符合率。结果：80例患者中，应用高频探头诊断例数75例，诊断符合率93.75%，应用低频探头诊断例数44例，诊断符合率55.0%，高、低频探头联合诊断例数80例，诊断符合率100%。高频探头诊断符合率明显高于低频探头，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），高、低频探头联合诊断符合率最高。结论：对于阑尾炎的诊断，高频探头超声的诊断符合率明显高于低频探头超声，但二者各有所长，联合应用能有效提高诊断符合率。

The Clinical Application of High-frequency and Low-frequency Probe in the Diagnosis of Appendicitis

Objective：To study and compare the clinical application of high-frequency and low-frequency probe for the diagnosis of appendicitis. Method：The ultrasound results of 80 cases in our hospital with appendicitis confirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed.The different frequency of the probe of appendicitis diagnosis coincidence rate were compared.Result：Seventy-five cases were diagnosed by high-frequency probe,the diagnosis rate was 93.75%.44 cases were diagnosed by low-frequency probe,the diagnosis rate was 55.0%.80 cases were diagnosed by high-frequency combined with low-frequency probe,the diagnosis rate was 100%.The diagnosis rate of high-frequency probe was significantly higher than that in low-frequency probe,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The diagnosis rate of combination was the highest.Conclusion：For the diagnosis of appendicitis,diagnosis rate of high-frequency probe is significantly higher than low-frequency probe.The combination can improve the diagnosis rate.
