手法按摩结合心理护理干预对中风恢复期患者的康复效果分析

目的：探究手法按摩结合心理护理干预对中风恢复期患者的康复效果。方法：选取2008-2012年在本院进行治疗的中风患者68例，随机分为观察组和对照组各34例，对照组只对患者进行手法按摩等基本的治疗和护理，观察组在对患者进行手法按摩等康复期治疗的同时，结合患者的心理特点对患者进行必要的心理护理干预，比较两组患者的康复效果。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的焦虑评分为（41.32±3.54）分，而对照组为（45.27±6.79）分，而且经随访观察组抑郁发生率为23.53%，而对照组为52.94%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于中风恢复期的患者来说，进行手法按摩并结合心理干预护理，可以减少患者抑郁的发病率，提高恢复期的生活质量，值得在临床推广。

The Rehabilitation Effect of Manual Massage Combined with Psychological Nursing Intervention in Treatment of Stroke Patients in Recovery Phase

Objective：To explore the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients in recovery phase with the technique massage combined with psychological nursing intervention. Method：Sixty-eight cases of stroke patients in the hospital from 2008 to 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 34 cases. The control group of massage in treatment and nursing basic for patients,the observation group in the massage and rehabilitation therapy on patients,psychological characteristics of the patients psychological nursing intervention necessary for patients,to observe the effect of the rehabilitation effect of two groups. Result：After the intervention,the anxiety score in the observation group was（41.32±3.54）,and（45.27±6.79）in the control group. The depression prevalence rate in the observation group was 23.53%,and 52.94%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For patients with stroke recovery in recovery period,certain massage combined with psychological intervention nursing can reduce the incidence rate of patients with depression,improve the recovery quality of life,and worth in clinical promotion.
