肝部分切除联合胆道镜手术治疗肝内胆管结石临床观察

目的：探讨肝内胆管结石患者应用肝部分切除联合胆道镜手术治疗的效果。方法：选取2008年1月-2012年5月本院治疗肝内胆管结石患者200例，分为治疗组120例手术中使用胆道镜和对照组80例手术中未使用胆道镜，比较两组术后疗效及残石率。结果：两组治疗疗效及残石率比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：肝部分切除术联合胆道镜是治疗肝内胆管结石的有效办法，手术中胆道镜具有临床应用价值，能减少残石率，提高手术治疗效果。

Clinical Observation of Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stones Treated by Partial Hepatectomy Combined with Choledochoscope Surgery

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the intrahepatic bile duct stones treatmed by partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscope surgery. Method：The clinical materials of 200 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stones in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2012 were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group. The 120 patients of the treatment group were given choledochoscope during the surgery,and the 80 patients of the control group were not given choledochoscope. The residual rates and effect after the surgery of the two groups were compared. Result：The residual stone rate and treatment effect of two groups had statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscope surgery is an effective method for the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. The choledochoscope has clinical applied effects during the surgery,which can reduce the residual rate,improve the treatment effects.
