腹股沟疝的不同手术治疗方式效果分析

目的：探究腹股沟疝不同手术治疗方式的临床效果。方法：选取本院2011年1月-2012年12月共184例进行腹股沟疝修补手术患者，根据手术方式的不同分为观察组及对照组，每组92例，其中观察组行腹腔镜疝修补术，对照组行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术，对比两组患者临床资料的差异性。结果：观察组平均手术时长为（79±8）min，对照组为（65±11）min，观察组手术时间明显长于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组术后切口感染1例，对照组为7例，观察组术后切口感染明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组术后使用止痛药1例，对照组为9例，观察组术后疼痛感明显轻于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜疝修补术临床效果优于充填式无张力疝修补术，手术耗时虽长，但患者切口感染少、疼痛小、复发率低。

Effect Analysis of Different Surgical Treatments of Inguinal Hernia

Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of different operation mode of treatment of inguinal hernia. Method：184 patients with inguinal hernia operation from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the different operation mode,92 cases in each group ,the observation group were treated with laparoscopic hernia repair,the control group were treated with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair,clinical data of two groups were compared. Result：The average time of surgery in observation group was（79±8）min,and（65±11）min in control group,the average time of surgery in observation group was obviously longer than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The number of post-operation incision infection in observation group was 1 case,and and 7 cases in control group,the number of post-operation incision infection in observation group was obviously less than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The number of using pain drug in observation group was 1 case,and 9 cases in control group,the degree of pain in observation group was obviously lighter than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic hernia repair is superior to tension-free hernia repair in clinical effect,with long operation time,less incision infection,less pain,low recurrence rate.
