眼球贯通伤合并后壁出口异物存留玻璃体切割术的疗效分析

目的：探讨玻璃体切除术及异物取出术在眼球贯通伤合并后壁出口异物的疗效。方法：对11例（11眼）眼球贯通伤合并后壁出口异物存留进行回顾性研究，首先缝合眼球前部贯通伤的人口，然后一期玻璃体切割联合眼球后壁异物取出、眼球后部巩膜缝合术，根据视网膜情况行眼内光凝，填充全氟化碳（C3F8）或硅油，分析其临床疗效。结果：9例异物一次手术摘除成功，2例未取出，术后视力均有所提高、眼压维持在正常水平，无明显严重并发症。结论：玻璃体切割术联合异物取出术是有效治疗眼球贯通伤合并眼球后壁出口异物的一种可靠方法。

Curative Effect Analysis of Ocular Perforating Injury Combined Export Foreign Body in the Posterior Segment Wall by Vitrectomy

Objective： To observe the effect of vitreoretinal surgery combined with extraction of foreign body on ocular perforating injury in the posterior segment wall.Method： Retrospective study of 11 cases （ 11 eyes ） of ocular perforating injury combined export foreign body in the posterior segment wall. The anterior wounds were sutured primarily. Then single-stage vitreoretinal surgery combined suturing of posterior sclera with extraction of foreign body. On the basis of the retinal situation, it carried out intraocular photocoagulation, introverted C3F8 or silicon oil injection. Lastly, the clinical curative effect was analyzed.Result： Nine cases were successfully removed foreign bodies while 2 cases were not. Visual acuity all improved in different extent and intraocular pressure maintained in the normal level.There were not found Serious complications.Conclusion： Vitrectomy combined with extraction of foreign body of posterior sclera is an effectively surgical method in the treatment of ocular perforating injury combined export foreign body in the posterior segment wall.
