活动义齿在牙周病修复治疗中的疗效分析

目的：研究活动义齿在牙周病修复治疗中的疗效。方法：选择2009年3月-2012年3月本院收治的80例牙周病患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组两组，每组各40例。实验组采用活动义齿对患者进行治疗，对照组采用固定义齿对患者进行治疗。记录分析修复前后两组患者的前后基牙出血指数，并对两组患者对于治疗的满意率进行问卷调查，比较两种修复方式治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。结果：两组患者的前后基牙出血指数均明显降低，实验组患者修复后的前后基牙出血指数明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=5.8941，P〈0.001）。实验组患者对治疗的满意率（97.5%）明显高于对照组（72.5%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=9.8039， P〈0.01）。结论：活动义齿在牙周病修复治疗中的疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect Analysis of Activity Denture in Repairing Treatment of Periodontal Disease

Objective：To study the efficacy of activity dentures in repairing treatment of periodontal disease.Method：From March 2009 to March 2012,80 cases of periodontal disease were enrolled in our hospital. According to the stochastic indicator method,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 40 cases. Experimental group were treated with activity denture,however,control group were treated with fixed denture.Before and after abutment teeth bleeding index of two groups were recorded before and after repairing,and their satisfaction were done by questionnaire survey,to compare the clinical curative effect of two types of repair treatment for periodontitis.Result：Before and after the abutment teeth bleeding index were significantly lower of two groups,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（t=5.8941,P〈0.001）. The satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（97.5%vs 72.5%,respectively;chi-square=9.8039,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The curative effect of the activity denture repair in the treatment of periodontal disease is distinct.These results suggest that activity denture is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
