中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年8月-2013年8月本院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例，采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组单独应用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为97.5%，对照组总有效率为85.0%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，可迅速改善临床症状，值得在临床上应用和推广。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Medicine Therapy in Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated medicine in patients with ulcerative colitis. Method：80 ulcerative colitis patients from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 40 cases. The control group was separately assigned sulfasalazine pyridine,the observation group was given integrated medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,while the total effective rate of control group was 85.0%. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrated medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has a significant effect. It can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms. It is worth for clinical application and promotion.
