小剂量多巴胺联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床研究

目的：分析小剂量多巴胺联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法：选取本院2010年1月-2012年12月收治的70例慢性肾功能不全患者，按照就诊顺序将其分为观察组35例和对照组35例，对照组给予一般治疗，观察组在一般治疗基础上加用小剂量多巴胺和前列地尔治疗，并比较分析两组的治疗疗效。结果：观察组的24 h尿蛋白量、内生肌酐清除率、血肌酐和尿素氮均明显优于对照组，且观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：小剂量多巴胺联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效确切，能延缓疾病进展，值得临床推广。

Clinical Study of the Low-dose Dopamine Combined with Aiprostadil in Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency

Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of low-dose dopamine combined with alprostadil in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. Method：Seventy patients with chronic renal insufficiency in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of the treatment,35 cases in each group.The control group was given general treatment,the observation group was combined with small dose of dopamine and alprostadil treatment,and the curative effect analysis of two group were compared.Result：The 24 h urine protein quantity,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,serum creatinine,and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were significant better than those in the control group.Moreover,the clinical effect in the observation group was significant better than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The low-dose dopamine combined with alprostadil in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency is efficacy,decrease in development.It is worthy to be popularized.
