36 例小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎诊疗分析

目的：探究与分析36例小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊疗过程。方法：选取本科2012年2月-2012年8月收治的已被确诊为急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的36例患儿，按照随机数字表法将其分为传统组和超声组各18例，传统组医生根据该组患儿的病史、临床症状、实验室检查等判断其疾病，采用头孢菌素抗感染、阿托品进行解痉治疗；超声组将患儿进行彩色多普勒超声扫描，根据结果判断其疾病，并且采用头孢类抗菌素抗感染、阿托品进行解痉治疗。结果：传统组诊断结果的误诊率明显高于超声组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组经过治疗后淋巴结恢复情况大致相同，比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：在小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊疗过程中，超声检查对其确诊具有重要的意义，而在进行肠系膜淋巴结炎的治疗过程中头孢类药物对其疗效较好，值得临床研究。

36 Cases of Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis Treatment Analysis

Objective：To explore and analyze 36 cases of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis treatment process.Method：Thirty-six children who were diagnosed as acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in our department from February 2012 to August 2012 were selected,they were randomly divided into the traditional group and the ultrasound group,18 cases in each group.The doctors of traditional group judged the disease according to the group of children with medical history,clinical symptoms,laboratory examination,they were treated with cephalosporins anti-infection,spasmolysis treatment atropine. The children of the ultrasound group were used color doppler ultrasound scan,according to its results,they were treated with cephalosporins anti-infection,spasmolysis treatment atropine.Result：Diagnosis the misdiagnosis rate of the traditional group was significantly higher than that in the ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment of lymph node recovery situation of the two group roughly the same,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：In children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in the treatment process,ultrasound diagnosis is of great significance;while mesenteric lymphadenitis during the course of treatment cephalosporins its efficacy is better,is worth studying.
