门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病40例疗效观察

目的：观察分析门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年12月-2012年11月本院收治的40例肝性脑病患者，随机分为治疗组（20例）和对照组（20例）。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗。观察两组治疗前后血氨水平、神志变化情况及治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.00%（19/20），优于对照组的70.00%（14/20），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组治疗前后血氮水平比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在治疗肝性脑病的临床上具有一定的疗效，未出现明显不良反应，较为安全，值得在肝性脑病的临床上推广应用。

Effect of Ornithine Aspartate in Treatment of 40 Cases of Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ornithine aspartate in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Method：40 cases of hepatic encephalopathy from December 2010 to November 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group（20 cases）and control group （20 cases）. The control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group used ornithine aspartate on the basis of conventional therapy. The level of blood ammonia ,mental changes and the treatment effect of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group（95.00%）was better than the control group（70.00%）（P〈0.05）. The blood nitrogen levels of treatment group before and after treatment compared differences had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ornithine aspartate has certain clinical curative effect in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy,less adverse reaction,and its appearance is safe,it is worth in the clinical application of hepatic encephalopathy.
