经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值

目的：探讨经阴道彩超在异位妊娠检查中的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的确诊为异位妊娠的152例患者临床资料，分别采用腹部彩超和经阴道彩超进行诊断，观察诊断符合率情况及异位妊娠包块与卵巢、黄体的关系。结果：经阴道彩超诊断临床符合率高于经腹部彩超诊断（P〈0.05）；经阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠包块实质回声高于卵巢实质回声，其环状血流比率低于黄体环状血流比率，且血流阻力相对较高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床上采用阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠临床符合率高，异位妊娠包块与卵巢的回声比较及环状血流信号均可为诊断提供有价值信息，值得在临床上大力推广使用。

The Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the transvaginal color doppler in the diagnostic value of ectopic pregnancy test.Method：152 cases of diagnosed ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were chosen, by abdominal colour to exceed and transvaginal colour to exceed diagnosed, observed the diagnosis coincidence rate situation and ectopic pregnancy with ovarian bag piece, the relationship between corpus luteum.Result： Transvaginal colour to exceed diagnose clinical coincidence rate was higher than the abdomen colour to exceed diagnose （P〈0.05）. Transvaginal colour to exceed diagnose ectopic pregnancy echo above ovary parenchyma echo the essence of the bag piece, its bag piece of annular flow ratio was lower than the corpus luteum display ratio of annular flow, and flow resistance was relatively high, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Clinically adopted vagina colour to exceed diagnose ectopic pregnancy clinical coincidence rate is high, the echo of the ectopic pregnancy with ovarian bag piece compare and annular flow signals can provide valuable information for diagnosis, to vigorously promote the use in clinic.
