不同疗法在压疮愈合治疗中的疗效分析

目的：探讨压疮愈合治疗中应用湿性愈合疗法与传统愈合疗法的疗效。方法：回顾性分析压疮患者60例，其中行湿性愈合治疗的患者33例，传统愈合治疗患者27例，比较两组患者之间的压疮愈合情况及愈合时间。结果：观察组患者总治愈率与总有效率明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者平均治愈时间、平均换药次数明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）；而平均换药间隔上则明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者并发感染率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：湿性疗法治疗压疮效果显著，并发感染几率低，更值得在临床上普遍推广。

The Analysis of the Effect of the Different Treatment in Pressure Ulcers

Objective：To investigate the effect in treatment of pressure ulcers with wet healing therapy and traditional healing therapy.Method：Retrospective analysis of 60 patients with pressure ulcers,33 cases were treated with wet healing therapy and 27 cases were treated with traditional healing therapy.Pressure ulcer healing and healing time of two groups were compared.Result：Total cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were obviously higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The average healing time and switching frequency of the observation group were obviously higher than that of control group;while the switching interval correlation of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The contrast The concurrent infection rates of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of wet healing therapy in treat pressure ulcers is more significant and concurrent infection rates is lower,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
