阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床效果分析

目的：对阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）的临床效果进行研究分析。方法：选取本院2010年8月-2012年8月间收治的ACS患者38例，按照随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组，每组19例。其中，对照组采取常规治疗并加用阿托伐他汀，试验组在对照组的基础上再加用非诺贝特进行联合治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果：治疗后，两组患者的低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白等指标均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；而试验组患者用药效果是明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访6个月心血管事件发生率明显降低，均无严重不良反应；试验组患者治疗后胸痛发作频率及持续时间与对照组相比也明显更低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀与非诺贝特联合应用治疗ACS，能够产生非常好的协同增效作用，可以在临床上加以推广使用。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Fenofibrate Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective：To research the effect of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of the acute coronary syndrome. Method：Thirty-eight cases of acute coronary syndrome from August 2010 to August 2012 were selected in this study. All the cases were divided into two groups：the experimental group and the control group,and 19 cases in each group. The cases in the experimental group were treated by both atorvastatin and fenofibrate,while the cases in the control group were treated only by atorvastatin. The clinical effect and the adverse reaction were compared after treatment between the two groups. Result：Two groups of patients with three acyl glycerin,low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other indicators were significantly better than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were lower rate of cardiovascular events by followed up for 6 months,and there were no serious adverse reaction. The seizure frequency and duration time of chest pain of the experimental group were lower compared with the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Atorvastatin associated with fenofibrate application in acute coronary syndrome treatment has very good synergistic effect. It is worth popularization and application in clinic.
