三维立体牵引对椎动脉型颈椎病颅内血流动力影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨三维立体牵引结合定点旋转复位对椎动脉型颈椎病患者颅内血管血流动力的影响。方法:300例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用三维立体牵引加定点旋转复位,对照组采用普通牵引加定点旋转和针灸,10 d为一疗程,3个疗程后观察患者治疗前后眩晕症状、颅内动脉血流动力的改变情况及治疗疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的90.00%(P〈0.05);治疗组治疗后后眩晕症状较对照组改善明显(P〈0.05),且颅内动脉收缩期Vmax、舒张末期Vmin、阻力指数(RI)均有所改善。结论:三维立体牵引结合定点旋转复位对改善颅内血管血流动力学疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Intracranial Hemodynamics of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy Treated by Three-dimensional Traction

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of intracranial hemodynamics of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA)patients treated by three-dimensional traction combined with fixed-point spin reduction. Method:300 patients with CSA were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by three-dimensional traction combined with fixed-point spin reduction,the control group was treated by traditional traction combined with fixed-point spin reduction and acupuncture.10 days for a course of treatment. After three courses,observed the changes of symptoms of vertigo and intracranial artery hemodynamics in the patients before and after treatment. Result:The clinical total effective of the treatment group was 96.67%,was better than the control(90.00%),there was statistical significance(P〈0.05). After after treatment the vertigo symptoms of treatment group improved significantly than the control group(P〈0.05),and intracranial artery Vmax,end-diastolic Vmin,resistance index(RI)improved obviously. Conclusion:Three-dimensional traction combined with fixed-point spin reduction can improve the intracranial hemodynamics and has better effect.
