性激素和氧自由基与冠心病的相关性研究

摘    要:为探讨性激素、氧自由基对冠心病( C H D) 发病的影响,检测绝经后女性 C H D 患者( n = 44) 和对照组( n = 22) 血清雌二醇( E2) 睾酮( T) 、超氧化物歧化酶( S O D) 、丙二醛( M D A) 及血脂水平。结果表明: C H D 组血清 T, M D A 水平显著高于对照组, E2 , E2/ T 和 S O D 显著低于对照组; C H D 组血清 E2 与 S O D 呈正相关,与 M D A 呈负相关;尼尔雌醇替代治疗12 周后血清 S O D 及 H D L C/ T C 显著升高,而血清 L D L C和 M D A 显著降低。提示雌激素水平降低及氧化与抗氧化平衡紊乱与绝经后女性 C H D 有密切关系;尼尔雌醇替代治疗能改善血脂代谢和抗脂质过氧化,可望对女性 C H D 的防治起积极作用。

Abstract:To examine the roles of sex hormones and oxygen free radical(OFR) in coronary heart disease(CHD), the serum estradiol(E 2), testosterone(T), SOD, MDA and lipid levels were measured in 44 postmenopausal women with CHD and 22 health women. Mean levels of T and MDA were significantly higher while mean levels of SOD and E 2 were significantly lower in CHD group than those in control group. On relative analysis, there was a positive correlation between E 2 and SOD, while a negative correaltion was observed between T and MDA in CHD group. Eighteen postmenopausal women with CHD had been receiving nilestriol replacement therapy for 12 weeks. The serum SOD and HDL C/TC levels increased significantly, but LDL C and MDA decreased significantly. The overall data suggest that OFR plays an important role in CHD; Low E 2 levels is a risk factor of CHD in postmenopausal women; Nilestriol replacement therapy can improve the metabolism of serum lipids and inhibit lipid peroxidation, therefore, it may be of benefit to postmenopausal women with CHD.
