| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究SLE患者血清中抗dsDNA抗体的结合特异性。方法 :用小牛胸腺 (CT)DNA或大肠杆菌 (EC)DNA纤维素层析柱从SLE患者血清中提纯抗dsDNA抗体 ,并通过酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA)检测其结合特异性。结果 :小牛胸腺DNA纤维素纯化的抗dsDNA抗体与大肠杆菌dsDNA的结合很弱 ;同样 ,大肠杆菌DNA纤维素柱纯化的抗dsDNA抗体与小牛胸腺dsDNA的结合也很弱。结论 :SLE患者血清中的抗dsDNA抗体与不同物种DNA有着不同的结合特异性 ,可将其划分为不同的组群

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the specificity of the anti dsDNA antibodies in the sera of the patients with SLE. Methods: The anti dsDNA antibodies in the sera of patients with SLE were purified by calf thymus (CT) or Escherichia coli (EC) DNA cellulose, the specificity of the anti dsDNA antibodies to CT or EC were determined by ELISA kit. Results: The binding of the anti dsDNA antibodies purified by CT DNA cellulose to EC DNA decreased significantly (P<0.05). The binding of the anti dsDNA antibodies purified by EC DNA cellulose to CT DNA decreased significantly also(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicated that a marked difference in the specificity of anti dsDNA antibodies to bacterial dsDNA and mammalian dsDNA, these suggest that anti dsDNA antibodies can be devided into different groups. |
