| 摘 要： | 在同一石蜡切片(结核病尸检标本及实验动物标本)上作抗酸-免疫组化双重染色,包括抗酸-HRP-SPA法和抗酸-IGSS等两种双重染色法,获得满意结果.应用这种染色能清楚地看到BCG抗原与抗酸菌,以及两者与结核病变的关系,减少了分别对照两张切片产生的误差和单用一种染色法的漏诊.该法前后两种染色互不干扰,反差分明,效果好,易于观察.

| Abstract: | An Acid-Fast and immunohistochemical double staining method for tuberculo-sis was tested giving good results.Both methods of Acid-Fast-HRP-SPA and Acid-Fast-IGSS were tried in parraffin sections of autopsy cases and experimental animals.BCG antigen.Acid-Fast Bacilli(AFB), and their relationship with the tuberculous lesions could be observed clearly.This method not only could reduce the possible errors committed when comparing the two sections which were stained separately, but also could reduce the false negative rate when only one staining was used.Furthermore, the contrast was clear.Acid-Fast and immunostaining did not interfere with each other.It is simple and easy to observe. |
