摘    要:目的 :研究血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性与冠心病的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)检测ACE基因第 16内含子I/D多态性 ,并计算基因型和等位基因频率。结果 :在 5 1例冠心病组中ACE基因DD基因型和D等位基因频率分别是 35 %和 6 1% ,83例正常对照组中的ACE基因DD基因型和D等位基因频率分别是 16 %和 45 % ,两者相比具有显著性差异。结论 :ACE基因DD基因型可能是冠心病发生发展过程中重要的危险因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between ang iotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The pol ymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect an insertion/deletion (I/D) poly morphism of ACE gene in its sixteen intron, then genotype and allele frequencies were calculated. Results The DD genotype and D allele frequenc ies of ACE gene were 35% and 61% in 51 case with CHD and were 16% and 45% in 83 healthy subjects , respectively. The frequencies of DD genotype and D allele between two groups s howed significant differences. Conclusions the deletion polymor phism of ACE gene might be an important risk factor in the development of CHD.
