| 摘 要： | 本文总结了合谷刺法、浮针疗法、刺血疗法、火针疗法、腹针疗法等特种针法在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用概况及作用机理,指出了针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中存在的问题与不足,而特种针法是治疗该病的有效方法,值得研究和推广。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to summarize the application and mechanism of special acupuncture therapies,including He-Gu acupuncture therapy,floating needle therapy,blood-letting puncture,red-hot needle therapy and abdominal needle therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,present the validity and some suggestions of special acupuncture methods,and point out the deficiency of common acupuncture treatments. |
