| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺眼三针（睛明、上明、承泣）在Bell麻痹功能康复中的应用价值。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。观察组在常规针刺、药物治疗的基础上针刺眼周重要腧穴眼三针，对照组仅采用常规针刺与药物治疗；治疗前后分别做强度一时间曲线检测患侧额枕肌额腹和上口轮匝肌，判断面神经损伤及恢复程度。结果：在常规针刺和药物治疗的基础上，针刺眼三针能够显著提高Bell麻痹的临床疗效，并可明显缩短治疗周期。结论：针刺眼三针在Bell麻痹功能康复中有较高的应用价值。
