摘 要: | 目的 探讨血清脂联素(APN)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)动脉粥样硬化的相关性.方法 选取T2DM动脉粥样硬化病变患者40例(AS组)、T2DM无动脉粥样硬化病变患者40例(NAS组)和正常对照组40例(NC组),采用酶联免疫法测定APN、胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测血清hs-CRP,同时检测糖化血红蛋白、血脂(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),并计算体重指数和胰岛素抵抗指数.结果 APN在NC组、NAS组、AS组依次减低,hs-CRP和LDL-C依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0 05).结论 APN、hs-CRP和LDL-C水平与T2DM动脉粥样硬化关系密切,T2DM患者APN降低和hs-CRP和LDL-C升高提示动脉粥样硬化的风险大.

Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between adiponectin, hypersensitivity C-reaction protein, Low-density lipoprotein level in serum and artherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Select 40 cases patients with atheroscterotic lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus (AS group) , 40 cases patients without atherosclerotic lesions in type 2 diabetic mellitus ( NAS group) and 40 cases people of normal control group ( NC group). Serum adiponeetin level was measured by ELISA, determinate hypersensitivity C-reaction protein by latex potentiation turbidmetry; serum lipid ( TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and glycosylated hemoglobin Alc were detected, Body mass index and insulin resistance indice were calculated as well. Results Adiponectin was decreased in an order of AS 〈 NAS 〈 NC, hypersensitivity C-reaction protein and Low - density lipoprotein was increased in an order of NC 〈 NAS 〈 AS, there were significant difthrences (P 〈 0. 05). Conelusion Adiponectin, hypersensitivity C-reaction protein, and Low-density lipoprotein level in scram and type 2 diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis is closely related, hypersensitivity C-reaction protein, Low-density lipoprotcin increased and adiponectin decreased in patients type 2 diabetic mellitus can improve the risk of atherosclerosis. |
