| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组应用温针治疗,对照组应用电针治疗。两组患者分别于治疗前后采用Ashworth量表评定肢体痉挛状态,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法和Barthel指数评定肢体运动功能水平、日常生活能力。结果:治疗后治疗组患者Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分均优于对照组患者,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:温针治疗可有效的缓解中风偏瘫的痉挛状态。
