肺表面活性物质联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

目的 探讨肺表面活性物质联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效.方法 83例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征采用随机数字表的方法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(41例),对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组给予肺表面活性物质和盐酸氨溴索,观察比较两组患儿治疗前和用药后2h、6h、12h的血气指标,治疗前和用药后6h、24h、48h胸部X线评分,以及并发症和预后.结果 两组患儿治疗后临床症状改善,PaO2、pH值升高,PaCO2、胸部X线评分下降,观察组患儿改善更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肺表面活性物质联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征安全有效,可减少机械通气时间、住院天数.

Clinical efficacy of pulmonary surfactant combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pulmonary surfactant combined with ambroxol hydrochloride treatment neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 83 cases neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were divided randomly into the intervention group （42 cases） and the control group （41 cases）; The patients in intervention group were treated with pulmonary surfactant combined with ambroxol hydrochloride, the control group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride; The levels of blood gas analysis before and after treatment 2h, 6h, 12h of, chest X ray scores before treatment and after treatment 6h, 24h, 48h, and complications and prognosis were observed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical symptoms of two groups of patients were improved after treatment, PaO2 and pH increased, PaCO2 and chest X ray scores decreased, compared with the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The pulmonary surfactant combined with ambroxol hydrochloride treatment neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is effective and safe, decreasing the times of ventilation and in hospital, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
