电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗代谢综合症24例

目的:观察电针联合中药疏肝健脾活血方治疗代谢综合症的临床效果。方法:24例均为本院针灸科门诊代谢综合症患者,采用针刺疗法,取穴:曲池、外关、合谷、足三里、阴陵泉、丰隆、三阴交、太冲、中脘、天枢,捻转泻法为主,接通G6805-1型电针治疗仪,留针30 min,4周为1个疗程。配合中药疏肝健脾活血方(柴胡、郁金、黄芪、白术、茯苓、丹参、桃仁、红花、女贞子、鬼箭羽、焦山楂、炙甘草)口服,每日1剂水煎服,20天为1个疗程。疗程中间休息1周,再中药辨证加减,行下个疗程治疗。建议健康饮食,每日步行3 000米或运动30 min以上,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:24例全部有效,其中基本治愈13例(54.2%),显效4例(16.7%),有效7例(29.1%),无效0例(0%)。结论:电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗代谢综合症在改善代谢综合症主要指标上有较好的临床效果。

The Metabolic Syndrome by Electro-acupuncture Combined with Blood Circulation Promoting Recipe of Relieving Liver and Invigorating Spleen: The Analysis of 24 Cases

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of metabolic syndrome treatment with electro-acupuncture combined with relieving liver,invigorating spleen and promoting blood flow formula. Methods：24 cases,all from our medical department＇s patients with metabolic syndrome,the patients were treated by electro-acupuncture therapy： selecting acupoints of Quchi,Waiguan,Hegu,Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Zhongwan,Tainshu;applying common acupuncture with the technique of reducing by rotating the needles;connecting Model G6805-1 electric acupuncture therapeutic apparatus staying needle for 30 mins.with 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment.The patients were treated by the electro-acupuncture therapy combined with the TCM formula of relieving liver,invigorating spleen and promoting blood flow（including Radix Bupleuri,Radix Curcumae,Rhizoma Atrctylodis Macrocephalae,Tuckahoe,Radix Astragali,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,charred Fructus Crataegi,Lignum Suberalatum Evonymi,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Semen Persicae,Flos Carthami,prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae）.They orally took the medication decoded in water,1 dose per day,with 20 days for 1 course of treatment.They had rests for 1 week during the course of treatment,got treated with the modified TCM formula according to syndrome differentiation,and then went into next course of treatment.They were suggested to eat and drink in a healthy way,walking 3,000 meters or taking exercises for over 30 minutes.The therapeutic effect of patients were analyzed statistically after 2 courses of treatment. Results：The total 24 cases show efficiency and among them 13 cases were basically cured（54.2%）,4 cases were markedly improved（16.7%）,7cases were improved（29.1%）,0case with inefficacy（0%）. Conclusion：The method of metabolic syndrome treatment with electro-acupuncture combined with relieving liver,invigorating spleen and promoting blood flow formula has a better clinical effect on improving the main indexes of metabolic syndrome.
