| 摘 要： | 目的 分析影响上海市嘉定区农村居民就诊单位选择的因素，并探讨logistic回归分析和决策树(CHAID法)相结合的方法的应用。方法 采用多分类无序反应变量的logistic回归分析和决策树(CHAID法)相结合的方法，用似然比检验比较模型之间的优劣，确定最佳模型。结果 影响嘉定区农村居民选择就诊单位的主要因素是保健制度、年龄、恩格尔系数、性别、看病距离、职业以及保健制度和文化程度的交互作用。结论 决策树提供解释变量类别的重新划分和因素之间的相互作用的信息，logistic模型提供因素的主效应作用以及对交互作用是否存在的检验信息，两者结合，可以更加全面地挖掘出对目标变量有影响的因素及因素之间的交互作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the factors influencing the outpatients' choice of selecting care providers in jiading district of shanghai and discuss the method of combining decision tree model with multinomial logistic regression.Methods decision tree model and multinomial logistic regression are used jointly to select influential factors.Then analysis of maximum likelihood estimates will pick out the best model.Results the result shows that the factors influencing the outpatients' choice are medical care system,age,sex,Engel's coefficient,the distance from home to village clinic,occupation,and the interaction of medical care system and educations.Conclusion the method combining decision tree model with multinomial logistic regression can get comprehensive information about the main effects and interactions. |
