65例阵发性胸痛患者动态心电图分析

目的：探讨阵发性胸痛患者的24小时动态心电图变化情况。方法：对65例阵发性胸痛患者进行24小时心电图连续监测，并详细记录监测时间内的生活及活动情况。结果：65例患者休息、活动时均有ST段压低，但以活动时发作较多，ST段压低时快频依赖者占64．6％，发生心律失常占70．8％，其中室上性早搏和室性早搏占92．6％。结论：动态心电图是诊断短暂或持续心肌缺血的可靠指征。

Holter analysis in 65 patients with paroxysmal chest pain

Objective: To analyze the ECG deviations according to 24-hour Holter monitoring of patients with paroxysmal chest pain.Methods: 24-hour Holter monitoring was examined in 65 patients with paroxysmal chest pain,meanwhile daily activities and exercises were also recorded.Results: ST segment depressions were presented in all cases no matter the patient was at quiet state or motion state,more frequently under the latter circumstance.64.6% patients had coexistence of ST segment depression and tachycardia.Arrhythmia was presented in 70.8% cases,of which 92.6% were supraventricular premature beats and ventricular premature beats.Conclusion: Holter is a reliable method for diagnosing both transient and continuous myocardial ischemia.
