2007年1-10月我院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解我院住院患者抗菌药物合理使用的情况。方法：依据药品说明书、文献资料，对2007年1～10月我院住院医嘱不合理使用抗菌药物进行分析，并加以分类统计。结果：审核住院病历共1600份，其中使用抗菌药物的病历共1286份，抗菌药物使用率为80．38％，单用率为58．24％，联合使用率为41．76％，其中三联及以上使用率为17．50％，预防性应用占35．38％；有429例进行了微生物学检查。结论：医院存在抗菌药物不合理用药163处，医院应积极采取有效的管理措施，切实加强抗菌药物的应用。

Use of Antibiotics in Inpatients from Jan.to Oct.in 2007

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the rationality of inpatients＇ use of antibiotics in our hospital. METHODS： The medical orders for the inpatients in our hospital from Jan. to Oct. in 2007 were analyzed in respect of the rational use of antibiotics in accordance with drug package inserts and pertinent literature. Meanwhile, the antibiotics were subjected to a statistical classification. RESULTS ： Of the total 1 600 medical records reviewed, 1 286 （80.38 % ） involved the use of antibacterials, of which, 58.24% were used in one kind alone, 41.76 % were used in combination, of which, 17.50% were used in combination of at least 3 kinds. Preventive application represented 35.38% of the total. 429 cases received microbiological examination. CONCLUSION： The irrational use of antinlicrobials manifested itself in 163 aspects （see table 2）. Hospital should take active and effective measures to tighten control on the use of antibacterials.
