老肯牌低温过氧化氢等离子体灭菌柜用于腹腔镜器械灭菌的探讨

摘    要:目的:根据腹腔镜手术器械的特点,选择最佳的灭菌方法,以指导临床。方法:回顾2006年1月至2009年12月,腹腔镜手术器械采用不同的消毒灭菌方法,手术量的变化、器械的耗损及术后感染情况,比较现行各种灭菌方法的利弊。结果:使用甲醛自然挥发灭菌法(2006年)手术例数为690例,感染率0.144%;使用2%戊二醛浸泡灭菌法(2007年)手术例数为704例,感染率为0.142%;使用2%戊二醛低温蒸气杀菌柜(2008年)手术例为998例,感染率为0.010%;使用低温过氧化氢等离子体灭菌柜(2009年)手术例数为1445例,感染率为0;低温过氧化氢等离子体灭菌方法既能保证手术器械的灭菌效果、延长器械的使用寿命、缩短连台手术时间,又能提高手术量。结论:过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术具有使用范围广、快速、方便、可靠的特点,比较适合腹腔镜手术器械的灭菌。

Abstract:Objective:According to the characteristics of laparoscopic surgical instruments,to select the best sterilization method in order to guide clinical application.Method:The different methods of disinfection and sterilization;surgical volume and postoperative infection of laparoscopic surgical instruments from 2006-2009 were reviewed and compared the current pros and cons of various sterilization methods.Result:The use of natural volatile for maldehyde sterilization method(2006),the number of surgical cases of 690;The infection rate was 0.144%,The use of Glutaraldehyde(concentration of 2%)immersion sterilization method(2007),the number of surgical cases of 704,The infection rate was 0.142%.The use of Glutaraldehyde(concentration of 2%)low temperature steam sterilization method(2008)the number of surgical cases of 998,The infection rate was 0.010%;The use of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization method(2009)the number of surgical cases was 1445.The infection rate was 0.Low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasama sterilization method can ensure sterilization,prolong instruments's life,save the time of unremitting operation,but also increase the amount of surgery.Conclusion:Hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization technology with advantage of low temperature range,fast,convenient and reliable features which is more suitable for laparoscopic surgical instruments after the section of the sterilizer.
